Σωματικές πρακτικές
Kάθε πολιτισμός και κοινωνία αναπτύσσει τις δικές του σωματικές πρακτικές, οι οποίες συνοδεύουν τόσο την καθημερινή ζωή των ανθρώπων όσο και τις τελετουργίες τους, συνθέτουν την ιστορία τους, καθορίζουν την αντίληψη του κόσμου και του «είναι» τους, προσδιορίζουν την ταυτότητά τους και συμβάλλουν ενεργά στην αγωγή και την εκπαίδευσή τους. Σωματικές πρακτικές συναντάμε στα λαϊκά πανηγύρια, στους παραδοσιακούς εορτασμούς και στα φεστιβάλ, ενώ άλλες σωματικές πρακτικές είναι οι χοροί, τα δρώμενα, τα παιχνίδια, οι διάφορες μορφές αθλητισμού και άσκησης του σώματος, η διακόσμηση των σωμάτων, το καρναβάλι, οι υπαίθριες δραστηριότητες και άλλες πολλές.
